Little Tokyo Taiyaki

Little Tokyo Taiyaki is a snack stand selling taiyaki and hotteok from a small cart in the Galleria in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. Fillings range from red bean, mozzarella cheese, and chocolate to mango, custard, and sweet potato, and each order is baked on the spot so the outside comes out crisp and the inside soft. The stand takes cash only and gives a ring bell after ordering, and customers can take their food and look around the store. It has also taken part as a wedding dessert vendor.
