LA Jangchung Jokbal serves Jangchungdong-style jokbal, bossam, and gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) at its Olympic branch in Los Angeles. The jokbal is chewy outside and moist inside, and it comes out soft without a gamey smell. The restaurant moved from Western to Olympic several years ago, and the lunch jokbal set comes out quickly with side dishes and doenjang jjigae. The gamjatang broth and the doenjang jjigae can taste salty.
