La Boucherie is a restaurant in Los Angeles that serves steak, salmon, and vegetarian risotto. It is located on the 71st floor of Wilshire Grand Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The menu also includes New York strip and chocolate souffle, and the windows look out over the downtown night view. Reserving in advance means almost no wait and a window seat, and it is difficult to call the server again during the meal.
