Izakaya Gazen is a Japanese izakaya in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, serving sashimi, sushi, and various small plates. Its signature items are a tofu sampler with three housemade tofus, creamy tofu, and yuzu tofu salad. Lunch sets come with salad, miso soup, side dishes, and housemade tofu, and dining there earns two hours of validated parking. Food takes a long time to arrive.
