Hama Sushi

Hama Sushi is a small Japanese restaurant in Little Tokyo serving sashimi and sushi. The sushi is made with aged hoe, and the chef presses each piece by hand in front of you. During meal times a wait forms, and with only about two tables centered on the sushi bar, seating is hard to get. Food comes out slowly.
