Galleria Tonkatsu serves Korean-style tonkatsu and cream pasta on the third floor of the Galleria Market food court in Los Angeles. The wang donkatsu comes in a large portion, and its breading stays crisp until the last bite. Food is served in disposable containers even when eaten in the store, and takeout orders are available. The frying oil is not heavy.
