Found Oyster is a small restaurant on Fountain Street in East Hollywood that serves raw oysters and seafood dishes. The menu includes raw oysters, Sicilian crudo, scallop tostada, lobster roll, and fries, and sitting at the bar puts you in view of the shucking. Reservations are recommended; arriving without one at 5:50 p.m. meant a wait of about 20 minutes. Portions run small and the interior is cramped, with tight spacing between tables.
