Corridor 109 is a restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles that serves a Japanese-style seafood tasting course. The courses use Japanese and Korean ingredients and include dishes such as uni tartlet, with wine pairing available. It opened in January 2023, and chef Brian Baek designs the courses himself. Parking space is limited, so arriving early is necessary.
