Chubby Cattle BBQ | Little Tokyo is a yakiniku restaurant in the center of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles where wagyu, beef, seafood, and sushi are grilled and eaten without limit. Diners choose between Silver and Gold tiers and grill full-blood wagyu knuckle, beef tongue, wagyu chuck eye roll, galbi, and brisket themselves on a table grill. Orders placed on an iPad bring food out quickly, and carbonated drinks are self-service and unlimited. The Gold tier includes yellowtail sushi, carpaccio, truffle fries, salad, vegetables, and dessert, with matcha mille-feuille crepe cake served as the final course.
