CBS Seafood is a Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles Chinatown that serves dim sum and seafood dishes, a five-to-eight-minute walk from Union Station. Dim sum is ordered by pointing at photos on the menu or chosen from traditional carts, and warm pork barbecue steamed buns and porridge are also served. On Sunday at 9:30 a.m. seating was immediate and the dim sum came out quickly, and the restaurant opens early in the morning. The taste is average.
