Bulrocho

Bulrocho is a Korean restaurant on Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles Koreatown that serves seonji haejang-guk and black goat soup. Its Yangpyeong seonji haejang-guk and hwangtae haejang-guk come with kkakdugi, cucumber, chili peppers, and doenjang, and the menu also includes black goat boyang tang and black goat jeongol. It is open 24 hours, sells alcohol until 2 a.m., and offers valet parking. The seonji is dry and crumbly and has an organ smell.
