Borit Gogae is a Korean restaurant in Los Angeles Koreatown that serves barley rice set meals and pork galbi. The barley bibimbap comes with wild vegetables and seasonings, and diners also order charcoal-grilled pork galbi or perilla seed chicken soup alongside it. It opens at 11 a.m., and the seats fill as soon as it opens, with waits of up to an hour. In the evening, a line forms.
