Bludso's BBQ

Bludso's BBQ is a barbecue restaurant on the west side that serves brisket, ribs, pulled pork, rib tips, and wings. At lunch, meat can be ordered with mac and cheese and coleslaw, and baked beans and cornbread are also served. Photos hang on the walls and music plays, while the bartender recommends menu items and staff check on diners several times during the meal. The portions are large enough that three people left half of the food they ordered.
