Bestia is an Italian restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles with a space that looks like a converted warehouse. It serves bone marrow tossed with Spanish-style pasta and also offers roasted lamb neck. The restaurant opens at 5 PM and valet parking is available. On weekends and at peak times, getting a reservation for a desired time is difficult even a month in advance.
