Bar Sawa

Bar Sawa is an omakase sushi bar in Los Angeles. The tasting menu runs 16 courses, ends with dessert, and offers optional sake or cocktail pairings. Counter seating holds about 10 to 12 people, and the open kitchen puts the chef's preparation in view. There is no sign, which makes the basement space hard to find.
