Ana Maria is a Mexican restaurant near the central staircase of Grand Central Market in Los Angeles, serving tacos, burritos, and gorditas. Plates with carne asada or carnitas come with beans, rice, and tortillas, and hot sauce is available on the side. The tacos are larger than street size and packed with meat, enough to warrant three tortillas. The carne asada has an odd taste.
