Amboy Quality Meats & Delicious Burgers is inside the old Asian Plaza building in Chinatown, Los Angeles, and serves thick-patty burgers and chili cheese dogs. The menu includes dry-aged DH patties and smash-style double patties, and the thick patties release juice when eaten. Seating is limited, but the outside line moves quickly and seats tend to open up around the time the food comes out. The burgers are lightly seasoned, while the food overall is on the salty side.
