YGF Yangguofu Malatang Chinatown is a malatang restaurant in London's Chinatown where you pick your own ingredients and have them boiled. The malatang comes with a choice of spice level, hand-made ramen can be added, and the sauce bar lets you mix chili oil, peanut and garlic. The shop is clean and you serve yourself sauce and water from the sauce bar. A downside is that the ingredient containers smell strongly of water stains and meat.
