The Archduke is a steakhouse under a railway arch, a two-minute walk from London Waterloo Station. It serves ribeye and rum steak, with fries and cocktails on the side. Live jazz starts at 8 p.m. beneath exposed brick and arched ceilings. The steak is tender and juicy, though the ribeye can be fairly ordinary.
