Sushi Kyu is a small sushi shop in London serving traditional Japanese-style omakase. It offers omakase and sashimi sets, with the chef handing over each piece of food at the counter. The chef shows the preparation process and adds menu explanations and answers to questions. It is not a cheap sushi restaurant.
