Rochelle Canteen occupies a former boys’ school bicycle shed in Shoreditch, London. It serves seasonal British dishes such as cod and lamb croquettes and scallops, and the menu changes often. The restaurant is behind a wall, so you enter by ringing a doorbell, and meals are served inside the former bicycle shed, on picnic benches, or on a covered terrace. The food is more ordinary than expected.
