Kanada-Ya 金田家

Kanada-Ya 金田家 is a Japanese tonkotsu ramen shop on a back street in Soho. It serves tonkotsu ramen and chashu men, with menma and eggs added separately as toppings. The interior is small, so the seating is packed tightly and the gaps between seats are narrow. Seats are uncomfortable.
