Kanada-Ya is a Japanese ramen shop in Angel, London, serving mainly tonkotsu ramen. Its main dishes are tonkotsu ramen topped with pork and a truffle vegetarian ramen, and the tonkotsu broth is rich and smooth. The soft-boiled egg is well cooked, and fried mushrooms are also served as a menu item. The food is at the ordinary level typical of a chain, so it disappoints if you expect high completion.
