The Ginger Pig is a butcher shop in Borough Market, London, selling sausage rolls and meat pastries. The traditional and spiced lamb sausage rolls contain a lot of meat and are wrapped in crisp pastry. They come out warm, as if recently made, and the portions are large enough that two people sometimes share one sausage roll. If you go late, only the lamb may be left, and the pork sausage roll can become tiresome as you eat it.
