The Library

The Library is a tea room inside the Marriott County Hall on Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1 7PB, next to the London Eye, serving afternoon tea with views of Big Ben and the Thames. It serves sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, and pastries with a choice of teas, and vegetarian or allergy diets can be adjusted when booking. Reservations are required, and leftover food can be packed in takeout boxes. The desserts are overly sweet and the sandwiches are small in portion.
