The British Library sits between King's Cross Station and St Pancras Station, with a cafe and free exhibitions on site. The ground-floor exhibition rooms display an original Magna Carta, Korean metal type, Beatles handwriting and a stamp collection. A Reader Pass allows entry to the reading rooms, and card issuance starts at 9:30 a.m. Each seat has its own light and power outlet, but a Reader Pass cannot be issued without proof of a real UK address.
