Jubilee cafe

Jubilee Cafe is a cafe in the basement of the Palace of Westminster in London that sells cake, scones and coffee. The menu is small and includes vegan chocolate cake, muffins and mocha coffee. People stop here for tea and a snack after a parliament tour, and the tea comes in a pot with milk while the scones are served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. The range of menu choices is not wide.
