Glass Coffee sits at the back of the first floor of BOXPARK in Camden, London. It is a small cafe that serves specialty coffee traceable to the farm and farmer, offering hand drip, V60, and flat white. A QR code on the cup shows the origin of the beans and ingredients. Filter coffee is drunk in stages over several minutes to follow how the taste changes for up to 10 minutes, and house-made oat milk is used.
