Fabrique is a bakery cafe selling coffee and bread inside Portobello Market in Notting Hill. The menu includes cinnamon rolls with a chewy texture, pain au chocolat, and peanut buns. Neighborhood residents come early in the morning to buy bread, and the shop has four to five tables, a restroom, and water. The pastries are on the dry side, and the flavor is not as distinctive as expected.
