Cafe Fresco is a small cafe near Big Ben in Westminster that sells coffee, tea, sandwiches, and simple meals. The Portuguese owner helps with orders in several languages, including Spanish, and the cafe sits right next to the Hub Hotel. The lobby is small, so it is not suited for sitting and resting for long.
