Cafe Carmen

Cafe Carmen is a small cafe selling coffee and pastries next to the London Eye and the Thames. It serves caramel iced latte, chocolate muffins, croissants and ham and cheese sandwiches. It has both riverside outdoor seating and indoor seating. The indoor seating is limited enough that seats can be unavailable even when there are almost no customers.
