The 40 Elephants

The 40 Elephants is a cocktail bar inside the Great Scotland Yard Hotel in central London, near Whitehall. It serves cocktails including Bee the Queen and The Alibi, and the first two pages of the menu cover the history of the 40 Elephants, a women's gang. The Great Scotland Yard Hotel is a Grade II listed building that once housed London's police headquarters. Food portions are small relative to the price.
