Kioku Sake Bar

Kioku Sake Bar is a Japanese-style listening bar in London that serves sake and sake-based cocktails. Its drinks include a shiso gimlet and a daikon gibson, alongside nigiri platters. At the standing sushi experience, a sushi chef makes nigiri in front of you and serves it right away, and there are small booths and a record player. On Fridays it plays rare groove and soul, on other days it also selects hip-hop, at a volume that allows conversation.
