Heiplat is a cafe in Busan that serves Filipino desserts called flot and coffee. Mango flot, iced mango tiramisu, and green grape desserts are its signature items. The owner worked as a chef in Australia for ten years and explains the desserts in English to foreign customers, and makes a special dessert when told it is a special occasion. It is far from Gwangalli Beach and a little hard to find.
