18PREMIERBAR is a bar in Kiyamachi, a two-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station and close to Gion-Shijo Station. It serves cocktails such as peach fizz, gin and tonic, and Moscow mule, along with soju, beer, wine, and chuhai, on an unlimited free-time drink plan. The bar opens at 9 p.m. and operates until 5 a.m., with sofa seating, a counter, and private rooms, plus darts and karaoke. On Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before public holidays, the unlimited drink plan runs in two-hour sessions.
