Hanamaru Udon

Hanamaru Udon Shibuya Nishiguchi is an udon and tempura shop near the west exit of Shibuya Station in Tokyo. Both the hot and cold udon have chewy noodles, and you can add as much broth as you want. You order by looking at menu photos and numbers, then pick tempura and broth yourself from the rail and add toppings to your liking. The tempura is sometimes less crispy or lukewarm.
