NEGISHI

Negishi Sabunado is a gyutan set-meal restaurant in the Shinjuku underground shopping arcade. It serves grilled beef tongue as a set meal, and the typical way to eat it is to pour ma over the rice. The rice with ma is cold, and diners learn the eating method by watching the person at the next seat. The beef tongue does not taste very different from ordinary meat.
