Manyo Club (Toyosu)

Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is a large public bathhouse in Toyosu, Tokyo, that offers hot spring bathing along with lodging and rest. It runs an open-air bath, an indoor bath, and a sauna, and visitors can also try a yukata experience and use a foot bath. From the rooftop foot bath area, you can look out at the Tokyo city night view, and photography is allowed there. It is a facility where you stay all day, so there is a usage fee.
