Senkyaku Banrai Footbath is a free footbath in the Senkyaku Banrai shopping street at Toyosu Market in Tokyo. It is run by Toyosu Manyo Club, and from the 8th floor you can see Odaiba and the Rainbow Bridge. Admission is free, and towels are available separately from vending machines on the 8th floor. The water has a smell of bleach.
