Seolbing Kondae 2nd Branch is a cafe on the first floor near Kondae Entrance Station in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, serving bingsu. Orders for bingsu come in waves, so tables fill quickly and waits form. A parking lot next to the building is available, and parking is free with a confirmation stamp at the time of ordering. The large interior echoes with voices and is loud.
