Coffee Laboratory

Kondae Coffee Lab is a second-floor cafe in Seoul that serves hand-drip coffee made from a range of beans. Beans can be chosen by level of acidity, and roasting takes place on site. Seating is mostly for one or two people, so there are spots for sitting alone, and the americano can be made with one of four coffees. The space is not large and seats are limited.
