1LLEVEN LOUNGE is a cocktail bar on the 20th and 21st floors of Hotel The Designer's Premier Konkuk University branch at 172 Dongil-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. It sits between Konkuk University and Seongsu and serves cocktails along with food. The lounge also runs a rooftop, where you can order food and look out at the night view. The view is not of the Han River but of the large road and Jungnangcheon.
