Ohatsu tenjin dori

Sonezaki Ohatsutenjin-dori Shopping Street is a commercial district near Umeda Station, lined with izakayas and various restaurants. Yukari Sonezaki Main Store, an okonomiyaki restaurant, is located here, and skewer restaurants and bars continue down the alley. The arcade leads to Sonezaki Shrine, and from evening into night it fills with commuters and foreign visitors. It was originally the approach to Otsutenjin Shrine and is known as the setting of the puppet play Sonezaki Shinju.
