The Taiwan Visitors Association Osaka Office provides information on Taiwan tourist sites, discount tickets, and cities with direct flights. It is on the sixth floor of the Resorttrust Midosuji Building near Umeda Station, where visitors can pick up regional tourist maps, food and photo materials, a monthly Taiwan booklet, and new pamphlets. The office closes from 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch, answers travel questions in Japanese, and copies materials on request. It has the feel of an office, which makes first-time visitors hesitate to go in.
