Osaka Dojimahama Tower

Osaka Dojimahama Tower's 16th floor holds an observation space in Kitahama, Osaka, looking closely at the office buildings of the business district. Windows on both sides frame the view, and the space draws fewer people than other observation decks, so it can be walked through quietly. Entry is free, and both the sunset and the night view are visible from here. It does not offer the full sweep of Osaka seen from paid high-rise observation decks.
