Tully's Coffee

Tully's Coffee is on the 15th floor of the North tower of Hankyu Umeda Twin Towers, above Umeda Hankyu Department Store, and sells coffee and bread. Drinks include iced lattes and mocha macchiatos, and the window seats look down over the Umeda building district. Power outlets are available at the window counter and the large table, and seating is limited to 90 minutes. On weekend afternoons the seats are almost all taken, so finding a place is difficult.
