Tsukinomichi

Tsukinomichi is a cafe on the 7th floor of TAMLO in Hep Five in Umeda, Osaka, a two-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda Station. Its matcha bingsu contains liquid matcha and ice cream, and the menu also includes pasta, mont blanc pudding, and tiramisu. The seating is open to the corridor, the cafe is non-smoking, and single seats have power outlets attached. The pudding is small.
