TOWER RECORDS CAFE Osaka Station City is on the 15th-floor terrace of the South Gate Building at Osaka Station, reached by elevator from the south side. It runs collaboration cafes tied to specific works, serving collaboration menus such as ebi fry sets, chicken rice and pancakes along with drinks and desserts in the theme of each work, and at times operates on a reservation system per time slot. Entry runs on a rotating time-slot system, for example from 19:40 to 21:00, and you take a numbered ticket at the entrance, then pay and buy goods in that order. It sits deep inside the terrace, so it is hard to find directly from inside Daimaru.
