Pan wo Yume miru is a bakery on the first floor Breads Terrace of the Hanshin Umeda Main Store in Umeda, Osaka. It sells breads from three chefs: Maison Murata, Dancheong, and Flournier. Items include raw ham and raclette cheese, vanilla bean custard cream bread, and Provencal-style croque-monsieur, and the shokupan is not sweet but combines a chewy texture with a crisp finish after baking. Bread is available for takeout and the shop has no dedicated parking lot.
