Merca Parlor LUCUA Osaka

Merca Parlor is on the second basement floor of Lucua Osaka in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka. It serves a fruit and dessert buffet and afternoon tea, with many kinds of fruit plus roast beef, curry, pasta, and meatballs, and pancakes that you top with fruit yourself. At 11:30 a.m. it is nearly full with reservations, so walking in without one is difficult. The seating is closely spaced, which makes moving around awkward if you have a lot of luggage.
